In the recent year, natural disaster happened around the world. The cause of disaster is human, so the problems should solved by human too. Therefore,
there are many policy which is about maintaining the environment of the world and reducing global warming. Some countries got the effect from the natural disaster, so we should help each countries. I found the news about the disasteron the internet.

A Japanese Air Self-Defense transport plane arrived the central in the Pakistani city of Multan with equipments and supplies, to help the Ground Self-Defense troops set up the flood-relief and people in Punjab. The flooding effected on 8.2 million people and about 500,000 residents in Punjab. In addition, the flooding affect caused an affect to at least 15 million Pakistanis and 1 million homes were damaged. Japan is planing to help the population in the area of Multan with food and medical supplies and airlifting victims by using helicopters.

I think people in every countries are friends. We should help each other from the problem. Moreover, we should maintain our world.

Japan public debt hits record high

In the recent yaears, there are many civil of economic around the world. Every countried had different problems. Japan is a country which got an effect too. I think every countries must have debt. Japan is a country which has high dept. I am interested that how it solved with this problem because it is very high rate. Then the country must maintain their credit too.

Japan's government debt had more than 10 trillion dollars in the end of June. It raised up 21.15 trillion yen from the end of March. Prime Minister Naoto Kan's government has tried to solve this problem by cutting the industrialised world's biggest public dept. It is around 200 percent of gross domestic product. He would reduce the government spending and bond issuance in a bid. Moreover, he will increase Japan's five percent consumption tax to reduce dept. However, it is not sure that this plan would success because he told about this plan and then he lost an election. If this plan fails, Japan's credit rating will be reduced by Ratings agency Standard&Poor's. Therefore, They had conferred about the tax between two party.

I feel this plan is interesting, but it comes with the problem about an election. It was hard to continue the plan when the party was changed. Because it wasn't planed by a new party. Therefore, The members of a new party must talk carefully with an old party about the plan to reduce debt.

Japanese's government owned land price has fallen down below ¥100 billion. It is the first time that the price of the land has fallen in 15 years. The global financial crisis in 2008 caused decreasing in demand for real estate. Therefore, the government changed a policy from selling to be leasing them in June. Then they would improve the nation's health and upgrade social security.

I think the strategy which changing from selling to leasing the land is a really good plan. If they didn't do any thing with this land, it will become useless land. On the other hand, if we think how to use this land to be the most useful, it will make the benefit to the country like This plan. It makes income to the government. Then they can use it to improve the country.

3D TVs research

In the recent years, 3D system is very popular around the world. Then it was imoproved to be 3D TV, and it was sold to many countries. There were a reseach about the marketing of 3D TV by the Nikkei which is Japan's biggest business daily. It had a reseach about the price of 3D TVs. The price of them in Japan was offered by 2 manufacturers which were Panasonic and Sony. The price of them decresed very fast after they was launched, but they was still more expensive than original TVs. Moreover, there were a reseach about market size of them from GFK Marketing Services Japan. The company told that the market shared of 3D TVs was smaller than their expectancy.On the other hand, the Nikkei expects the market of them will increse when Toshiba and Mitsubishi launch their models.

I have seen the movie in 3D program 8 years ago. I feel really surprised with it. On that time, if you wanted to see 3D movie, you must go to Imax theatre. It was the only place which you could see 3D movie.It was very expensive. Nowaday, there are 3D movie at many theater in Thailand. Moreover there were 3D TVs which you can buy and get it in your house. But I though it wastes of money to get it.

Dolphin's research

There was the research about the communication of dolphins by the researchers from the Umikirara Aquarium in southern Japan and Tokiwa University in central Japan. They did the research with 2 bottlenose dolphins which name are Nami and Nina. They installed a big screen plasma TVs in front of their tanks and opened a screen images of dolphins for a few minute. Then they had an effect with the dolphin in the TVs by moving their heads slowly. Scientists record their eye movement to study. If they could understand the sight of dolphins, they would know more about their evolution.

Dolphin is a social creatures. I have ever seen in discovery channel. It looks cute and friendly animal. When I saw them on TVs, I really want to play with them. It would be a great experience.

110-million-year-old frog skeleton found in Hyogo

The frog skeleton was found in Hyogo. The age 0f this skeleton was about 110 million years and it was the most complete skeleton which has ever been found in the country. Moreove, It was 13th found in the world. This is an important discovery because the researcher can use to find the history about the evolution of frog. In addition, the frog fossil was found in the same area with Tanba dinosaur fossil, so it was an information which help the researcher to know more about it.

This is an interesting discovery. There are many living-things that we do not know. It is hard to know about the past, because there were not any technology that can be recorded. The theory said that it has only the presumtion which came from objects which was found like the fossils. Then reasearchers used these to search about the living-things in the past.
